First debuted in the fall of 2018 in Knoxville, TN ~ The Odd Days was formed by Knoxville native James Connor Lane. James started writing songs at the age of 12, while starting to play music with his brother Alan Garcia. James still plays with Alan in Civil Strife. After laying low due to the pandemic since 2020, the band is now making an official return in 2024!

It was an honor to come back strong at East TN Heart Fest 2024 in Oak Ridge, TN to help raise funds for children's congenital heart disease, a cause that means a lot to the band personally. We've got several shows lined up this year in 2024 and we're excited to be performing a lot more at home in Knoxville and beyond!
